Most of the action is centred on the pedestrianised area along the beach. This long avenue is a haven of quality restaurants, bars and cafes offering food from all over the world, as well as typical Canarian dishes. At night it lights up and becomes one of the busiest places in the south of the island, along with the nearby Playa de las Americas.
The main beach is a large, blonde sandy beach with calm waters and a hive of activity, with plenty of sun loungers and showers. The next beach you'll find is Playa de las Vistas, another long stretch of blond sand with numerous amenities. Here you can find a range of water sports on offer, have fun with the pedal boat or test your skills on the surfboard.
Opposite the beaches and the avenue, you'll discover a maze of shops, boutiques, designer labels and other great places to pick up a bargain, plus plenty of cafés and bars in this shopping paradise.
